Got good pre sale information and help with deciding on which instrument filled the brief. Instrument delived same day and finding the stand was not ideal, this was changed on the same day. Staff were all polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I wanted a competitive price and trusted shop. Whilst as was looking to see who had one in stock I was asked by the shop if they could help.
The shop also quicly solved a payment problem caused by my foreign debit card. The only drawback was that I requested a plectrum but it was forgotten. The guitar arrived well packed and in excellent condition. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews. We also ensure all reviews are published without moderation.
Great value and fast delivery from Reidys
I made a quick and easy purchase online using credit. Unfortunately the item wasn't in stock . I sent one e-mail to Reidys to query this and they quickly called me back .
I contacted Reidys on that day only to be told they could'nt find it but later they told me they found the keyboard in the display in there shop window. As it was a display item they would let me have it at a reduced price,i was very happy with that not only with the reduced price because they let me have some accesseries with it. They were so helpfull and polite i would certainly go back again for any purchace i needed. Having been let down by another online musical store,I telephoned Reidys to discuss the problem. They were helpful and agreed to sell me the same item at the same lower price that had been advertised elsewhere.

It arrived promptly in perfect condition and was ready to play out of the box. Perhaps taylor will be interested when i email them that a taylor seller can't sell a taylor guitar. 4 days i waited for this lack lustre response. Ive bought a few guitars off them but i won't bother anymore. Its like a renault dealer saying we would struggle to sell a french car.
The first one was very formal and indeed sounded bored / irritated by my call. The second was Reidys, and they was so friendly and helpful I never got around to calling the third! Order was placed, and I got my Clav a few days later. I did need to chase for a delivery day because I didn't get the call I was expecting, but it was all completed in a very personable way. Exceptional service, very helpful staff and a delivery thats second to none. My experience was great and I wish other companies were as good as these.

The website was very easy to negotiate and even to set up finance, they phoned us to confirm the order and then emailed a specific day and hour time slot for delivery.

Great team, great shop, great experience. However "Reidys" although being cheaper anyway, still took off a few more pounds and arranged next day delivery, even though it was past the time. The guitar, Epiphone AJ-220S, arrived in good condition secure in the original packaging. Given the benefit of the doubt Reidy’s could see I was a genuine customer and offered me a replacement no questions asked I was really grateful for this as the situation was affecting my guitar playing.
