I contacted Reidys on that day only to be told they could'nt find it but later they told me they found the keyboard in the display in there shop window. As it was a display item they would let me have it at a reduced price,i was very happy with that not only with the reduced price because they let me have some accesseries with it. They were so helpfull and polite i would certainly go back again for any purchace i needed. Having been let down by another online musical store,I telephoned Reidys to discuss the problem. They were helpful and agreed to sell me the same item at the same lower price that had been advertised elsewhere.

The first one was very formal and indeed sounded bored / irritated by my call. The second was Reidys, and they was so friendly and helpful I never got around to calling the third! Order was placed, and I got my Clav a few days later. I did need to chase for a delivery day because I didn't get the call I was expecting, but it was all completed in a very personable way. Exceptional service, very helpful staff and a delivery thats second to none. My experience was great and I wish other companies were as good as these.

Alternative was to buy from that huge impersonal place “A” we all know. I spoke to Reidys and they were brilliant, couldn’t quite match the “A” price but had a proper go. Always try and support good retailers like Reidys. I have dealt with Reidy's on numerous occasions and always found them knowledgeable about what they are selling. One of the refreshing things i like about the team, is that they will not sell you something if they feel its not right for you.

I made a quick and easy purchase online using credit. Unfortunately the item wasn't in stock . I sent one e-mail to Reidys to query this and they quickly called me back .
After a quick & courteous correspondence with there customer service,a courier was dispatched by them & was returned next day free of charge.I received a full & complete refund. I've purchased a Guitar previous to the returned one which was flawless,so I think I just got unlucky this time. I would still purchase from Reidys again if needed. I got unlucky this time,but was easily rectified by there excellent service.

With the convenience of AI, the process of product selection or evaluation will completely become faster and faster, and untroubled. I've only purchased a couple of times from Reidys, but they were both high-ticket items and arrived in speedy time and very well-packaged. I have to remind multiple times to get the invoice and after I receive the invoice the invoice date was future dated. So overall i am not impressed with the customer service provided. The website was very easy to negotiate and even to set up finance, they phoned us to confirm the order and then emailed a specific day and hour time slot for delivery.
It arrived in first class condition and was very well packaged.It has been a joy to play since it arrived. We were attracted by the competitive price and delivery time. Couple this with use of courier which does not consider N-Ireland to be a 2 week camel trek unlike other couriers which have delivered to me recently means I have no hesitation in recommending them. As always Reidys Home of Music were brilliant. My new guitar arrived safely the day after I ordered it and was perfect straight out of the box. Alex was a tremendous help and his knowledge of guitar shines through. Luckily the process was smooth with reidys.
